DELIVERY & RETURNS
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
All returns and exchanges are reviewed at the sole discretion of Seita. Items that show any signs of wear—including but not limited to stains, scents, pet hair, deodorant marks, or visible use—will not be eligible for return.

– Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped
– Returns are processed within 5–10 business days from receipt
– You’ll receive email confirmation once your refund has been issued
We highly recommend shipping your return with insurance and tracking. Seita is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including the cost of shipping an exchange item.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If your package is refused or marked undeliverable, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If additional fees are assessed due to refusal or delivery failure, the customer is responsible for those charges prior to any reshipment—or they may be deducted from the final refund.
Important Note
Returns and exchanges are only available for purchases made directly from Seita.us. We do not process returns for third-party or reseller purchases.
Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include holidays.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping time depends on the method selected at checkout and the carrier’s delivery speed.
During high-volume periods, processing may take closer to 5 business days.
We currently do not ship on weekends.
